WHAT IS CLICK FOR EATS ?
Click for Eats is a light WordPress website plugin that allows you take online food orders through your website with payment options for take away and pick up from your restaurant/cafe/food shop.
It also comes with a reservation booking feature where clients can book a table at your restaurant/cafe.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
Clients visit your website, navigate to the food menu page, add food items to purchase, choose between take away and pick up and then choose a time for pick up or delivery (if delivery offered). They pay online or at pick up at the restaurant/cafe.
A Email/SMS/WhatsApp (Depending on which edition is ordered) will be sent to both the client and Restaurant Manager confirming the order, what was ordered and at what time it is to be ready.
In Standard Plus and Premium Editions, you can receive the order direct to your kitchen thermal or standard printer. (We use Google Cloud to send the order to your printer).
If you are offering delivery, then we can configure delivery zones with different pricing to cover the costs of the distance and fuel etc.
The clients email will be stored on your website and can be used in marketing campaigns going forward advertising Specials or Seasonal offers etc.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE TO BE ABLE TO OFFER ONLINE FOOD ORDERING TO MY CLIENTS ?
Firstly, you need a website or we can build you a website at heavily discounted prices so you can offer online food ordering options.
The software is built on WordPress but it can be installed on any website – as we can build a page in WordPress and add it to your website menu if its more convenient and economical for you, not interrupting or infringing on your existing website.
Secondly, Click for Eats is a WordPress Plugin that can be installed on WordPress websites. If you have a WordPress website, you are good to go. Just supply us the login information and the menu in a text or Word doc.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE CLICK FOR EATS TO OFFER ONLINE FOOD ORDERING OPTIONS
All you need is your Menu ! Send us your menu on a Word doc or text file. If you have images as well , then great, you can send us those too. If you need food images taken, then we have a professional photography service that can take the food images for you.
When your menu is received by us, we configure and install everything for you!
If using a WordPress website we would also need login information to install and configure your online package.
We layout the pages, enter all the text/images etc with pricing and with your instruction, we set the delivery/pick up times that you will offer.
While you are using Click for Eats for your online food ordering, we provide 24/7 support and updates to make sure it runs smoothly.
If the package you choose involves “Printer Receipts Option” then we need to visit your restaurant and through the Google Cloud Console configure your Thermal or kitchen printer for order notifications.

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WEBSITES, PROGRAMMING OR CODING ?
That’s fine, you do not need to have any knowledge about websites or how they work.
All you need to do is receive the order and fulfil the request from the client through delivery or pick up.
You will receive the order via email/SMS/WhatsApp or through your kitchen printer. When the order is received through these channels, you fulfil the order and have it ready for the selected pick up/delivery time.
If you offer delivery, you send it out for delivery. If Pick up is selected by client, the client should arrive at the pick up time selected earlier and pays for the order.
DO YOU CHARGE COMMISSION, OR TAKE A PERCENTAGE OF EACH TRANSACTION ?
No, we charge no commission on any transaction. We charge one fee for the service and it is paid monthly or annually. That way you know what the costs are and they will not change.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS ?
We have 2 payment options and these are as follows:
For the initial set up, installation and creation of your food online menu we require a first payment of €195. Then the balance is paid monthly for 12 months, renewing every year until you decide you don’t want this service any more.
The plans are:
Standard Option: €195 plus 12 month payments of €20 – Total €435
Standard PLUS Option: €195 plus 12 month payments of €33 – Total €590
Premium Option: €195 plus 12 month payments of €48 – Total €770
A fixed annual one time payment allows you 2 months FREE.
The plans are:
Standard Option: €395 with 2 months FREE
Standard PLUS Option: €525 with 2 months FREE
Premium Option: €675 with 2 months FREE
All plans include Installation and configuration of Online Menu with payment options, configuration of Email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications plus any ADD on configuration. Basically we do everything. All you need to do is supply the food menu and prices. We also provide support 24/7 365 days a year.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME ?
Yes, there are no fixed contracts, if you are paying monthly then you can cancel by sending us notice before the payment for the next month. We will then uninstall the software for you.
If you paid annually, then you need to wait until the year is up.
If within the first month you decide it is not for you, we refund your money minus the installation fee of €195 as that covers the labour and time spent configuring the software.

Yes. We also supply you with a PRINTABLE QR CODE with your Logo etc so when your customers scan the code in your restaurant it will link to your online menu. The advantages to this is:
1. You or your customers don’t need to pass around physical menus adhering to health guidelines.
2. You don’t need to physically change your printed menus on a daily basis
3. You can offer DAILY SPECIALS and OFFERS just by editing your online menu with a few clicks.
We also include in the package a reservation booking system on your website where people can reserve or book a table at your restaurant during your opening hours. You can stipulate maximum table capacity and days/time options for people to visit your restaurant.
MY RESTAURANT DOES NOT HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER ?
If you don’t have a delivery driver, then you have the option to disable the delivery and select PICK UP Options only.
We are also looking into setting up a delivery service add on where we can provide a moped driver on a per order basis in your area. (More news coming soon)
